About Us

Why Us

An Inclusive School

We recognize the need for inclusivity and acceptance of Children with Special Needs (CWSN). Housed within Study Hall School, DOSTI provides its students a space for social skills training via social integration with mainstream students of Study Hall for all co-curricular activities, annual events, and school assemblies.

Customized Curriculums for Individual Attention

We prepare Individualized Education Programs (IEP) as part of our child-responsive curriculum tailored to individual children’s educational capabilities and goals, to spell out each child’s learning needs and requirements from among the services that DOSTI provides. One-on-one therapy sessions through our Early Intervention Unit, in addition to academics and co-curricular activities, provide better adaptability skills in a classroom setup.

RCI-Registered Teachers:

All staff members at DOSTI are registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), the apex government body that regulates training programmes and courses targeted at disabled, disadvantaged, and special education requirement communities. Continuous teacher training workshops are conducted not only for the DOSTI faculty, but also by them in other schools.

Active Parental Involvement:

We maintain strong communication with parents, helping them to accept their children and to learn how best to support them. Parental counseling sessions are regularly held by registered RCI professionals. We also offer programme-planning services for parents to ensure that every child receives specialized instruction and care even at home.
